Sunday 1 March 2020 – David’s Chagford Circular

It was a storm free weekend and David’s walk from Chagford went ahead as planned, though the 17 walkers did experience four seasons in one day. The walk was one of David’s specials, a circular walk around the lovely area where he lives, taking in Teigncombe, Kestor Rock, Fernworthy and Meldon. There were hailstones, snow, high winds, mud in abundance, frost bitten fingers, and a rainbow, but thankfully mostly sunshine. Most of the group went to David’s afterwards for very welcome refreshments. Thank you David for a splendid ten mile walk.
