NotesEasy flat start on roads. Following the John Musgrave trail through Scadson woods plantation. One very steep although short slope to navigate. Some busy roadside walking to Broomhill Meadows for lunch. After it’s down hill to Preston via Round hill wood, Eastdown Plantation and Preston Park. Extra care needed on one narrow bridge to navigate. Finish near Preston Baptist Church on Torbay Road for the number 12 or 22 buses. Some sun, some woodland one toilet stop.

NotesDistance between ten and eleven Miles. Denise M will assist Adam S. Near some craggy rocks by Soar Mill Cove very steep climb to \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\"The Warren \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\" . Road walking at South Sands Salcombe. Some of the best coastal scenery between Dartmouth and Plymouth. The route in more detail: Soar Mill Cove, East Soar Farm, Overbecks, South Sands, Malborough and South Down Farm. Decent quality walking boots essential. Walking poles if you have got them. Swim at North Sands... As the heatwave is expected to continue do bring plenty of liquids to hydrate.
